Made-to-Order (MTO) Items
Large Furniture, Small Furniture, Lighting & Rugs



Many of the items we sell are made especially for our clients using their unique choice of colours, materials and fabrics. This is usually a result of a conversation that has taken place in our showroom space or via several emails in order to understand exactly what our clients' needs are and what will work best for their project. 

All MTO items are "made for you" or "made-to-order" to your specification and therefore are non-refundable. This includes all items where a choice of fabric, colour, material or size has been made at the point of order or the item is stated to be a Made-to-Order item in the description of the item online or in-store.

This is in accordance with clause 13 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and clause 28(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. "Made-to-Order" products are defined as items that are specifically produced based on a customer's choice of finishes as ordered, and put into production as per these specifications. This does not include any items that are faulty or damaged where a full refund will be issued or a replacement of products will take place.


On some occasions there may be pricing errors on our website or in store. If this occurs we will contact you as soon as possible and you will have the option of either paying the correct price or cancelling your order. We are not obligated to offer any order at a wrongly indicated price. If you decide to cancel your order, the total amount of the order will be refunded.

MTO items are manufactured all over the world and always get shipped from our brands' headquarters, most of the times located in Denmark. Please note that lead times on the products' pages are provided as a general guide to what is typical for this product but can vary depending on the specific variant and quantity you choose as well as current availability. An average waiting time for upholstered items such as lounge chairs or sofas is 6-8 weeks.


More accurate shipment dates will be provided once your order has been processed by our Brand Agents and they get back to us with an order confirmation. We truly value your time and anticipation, therefore we will always make sure to keep you up to date when it comes to lead times and shipment updates. Once items get shipped, it usually takes them 1-2 weeks to reach our Glasgow showroom, from where we will re-distribute around Scotland and the UK. Please note that, as the chain of production is rather complicated, delays might occur along the way. We hope our clients will understand that delays as such are out of our control, and we would like to thank you in advance for your understanding.

Once our clients' MTO products reach our Glasgow Showroom, we will get in touch to arrange delivery. The delivery fee and payment method will have already been discussed prior to the arrival of the items. We aim to offer a white glove service around Glasgow with our external man-with-a-van partner, and nationwide in collaboration with Connect2, a Scotland-based delivery service. Items will be taken to your requested space, and product assembly and cardboard collection is of course available upon request for no extra fee. Please do not attempt to help our drivers out with the transfer of the products, unless instructed otherwise. Our delivery fees are the following:

£35 Furniture Delivery - Glasgow Postcode (1-man) (free over £2,000)

£65 Furniture Delivery - Glasgow Postcode (2-man) (free over £2,000)

£85 Furniture Delivery - Rest of UK Address (2-man) (free over £2,500)

£120 Large Delivery (Multiple heavy items) - UK Address, mainland (free over £3,500)

*For deliveries to UK islands and remote locations extra fees may apply. Please get in touch with us to discuss your needs.

We do not deliver large furniture items outside the UK.

We understand you might have spent a respectable amount on the products of your dreams and we will do our best to make sure they arrive to you safely. If items arrive damaged or faulty, please take photos as soon as you unbox them and get in touch with us within 3 working days.
