Clean the table with a damp cloth. If neces­sary only use a mild detergent or washing up liquid and not concentrated. Always wipe with a dry cloth afterwards. To minimize the risk of stains and marks, liquid, grease etc. should be removed straight away.

Ordered Items

Will be added to our current HAY order and can expect to be at our showroom in 4-6 weeks.

More accurate shipment dates will be provided once your order has been processed by our Brand Agents and they get back to us with an order confirmation.

 

An additional 1-2 week waiting period should be considered for the shipment of goods from the Brand’s warehouse to our Glasgow Showroom.

Accessories/Lighting: Small items such as accessories and lighting products can be shipped to any UK address for a small fee (£4.95). Orders above £150 apply for free delivery. All orders take 3 to 5 working days to arrive to their destination.

 

Furniture: We currently only offer furniture delivery by default to Glasgow and the surrounding area. For the rest of Scotland and the UK, please get in touch by emailing us at hello@inhoos.co.uk and we will get back to you with a quote.

Returns

Returns can be made within 30 days from delivery of the goods.

 

We can only accept returns of items that have been in stock in our Glasgow Showroom.

We cannot accept returns of Made-to-Order products.

 

In case of a faulty item we will be happy to order a replacement in for you, as long as we are provided with evidence of the faulty part. The defective item will have to be returned to be returned to our Glasgow Showroom.
